If your accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked lift pass are closed due to the coronavirus during your booked holiday period, you are able to cancel for free. This also applies if the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFA), or the equivalent office at your residence, sets their security rating to "avoid non-essential travel" for your booked resort, or if travel is not possible due to the destination country having closed its borders.
In this case, you are able to cancel for free starting from 10 days before the holiday is due to begin. The cancellation must be completed no later than 2 days before the day of arrival.

We will arrange for a refund of the holiday price to leave our account within 14 days of the cancellation. For this past 2019/20 winter season, we reimbursed 100% of customer funds from holidays that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customer funds are also protected by insolvency insurance.
