Location

The family-led 3-star Gasthof Mitteregger hotel is situated directly in the centre of Kaprun. You can access the ski area by taking the Maiskogelbahn gondola lift approx. 350 m away, or the Gletscherjet 1 cable car approx. 7 km away. Cross-country skiing trails are in close proximity. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 7 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door. Nearby shopping opportunities are just outside the door.

Facilities

Our hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant, a parlour, a hotel bar and a wine cellar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a heated ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

The wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul. When it’s time to replenish your energy, you have a choice between different facilities including a Finnish sauna, an organic sauna, a steam bath and an infrared cabin. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Guests can hire skis (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Board

The included half board comprises a rich breakfast buffet with vitality and children's corner as well as tea bar and a 3-4 course evening menu including salad buffet or buffet evening with choice. At Christmas a gala dinner is served, at New Year's Eve there is a buffet dinner. Vegetarian meals are also available.

For children aged 14 or under, there is an additional afternoon snack or ice cream, children's evening meal and all-day alcohol-free drinks (Coke, Fanta, Sprite, apple and orange juice, water and ski water).

From 20/12/2025 onwards, a skiers' snack with savoury or sweet snack is also included for you in the afternoon between 16:00 and 17:00 (without drinks).

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
