The varied mountain landscape of the Giant Mountains around Karpacz is particularly appealing and is wonderful to explore on cross-country skis. A 2.5 km cross-country trail offers beautiful panoramic views in a loop. There are two more cross-country skiing options directly below the Schneekoppe.

A worthwhile destination for all frequent skiers who want even more cross-country skiing trails is only approx. 35 km away from Karpacz. The Jakuszyce Valley near Szklarska Poręba is home to one of the best cross-country skiing areas in Poland with approx. 100 km of cross-country trails.
